T1 Over Ethernet Device

The IPM-1T1-AD unit transports a single T1 interface over Ethernet networks using IP protocol. IPM-1T1-AD is available with redundant AC (100-240V) and DC48V (36-72V) power supplies. The IPM-1T1 can extend TDM networks using the Internet as transport network. Thus, cost effective solutions are available for deploying highly expensive TDM networks into areas with Internet coverage. Multiple single IPM-1T1-AD devices can connect together to a single IPM-4T1-AD device in a “star” network topology with an aggregation center node and singular T1 remotes.
