If you put a pair of Patton 2603 T1 routers in bridge mode, you can bridge Ethernet across the T1.

We used to sell the Patton 2720/I in this application, but then we realized that the 2603′s are a much lower cost alternative. If you need a low cost answer to bridging Ethernet across a T1 we suggest you consider the Patton 2603.
