We want our customers to know, that the Patton 1060 Optically Isolated Short Haul is still available as a replacement for the Patton 1050. Patton Electronics recently informed us that their 1050 Short Haul modem is End of Life (EOL).
The 1060 works in both point-to-point and multipoint applications with a maximum data rate of 115.2 kbps and a distance of up to 14 miles (22.5 Km) using two twisted pair.
Optical Isolation and surge protection eliminate problems with EMI and ground loops.
