For years, the USA made Patton SmartNode VoIP products have been hot sellers in Europe and North Africa — and for good reason. But we received very few inquiries from North America. That has changed.
The market for Patton’s VoIP gateways in the USA is growing. Its no mystery why. First, Patton has been doing VoIP for long time; their product line has matured nicely and is relatively trouble-free.
Second, the products are fully supported from Patton’s Gaithersburg, Maryland factory by tech support professionals whose first language is English. Our customers get all the expert help they need, with no language challenges. When you call tech support at Patton Electronics your call is not routed to India, the Philippines, or Eastern Europe.
