Fiber T1 Extenders

For a long time, T1's have been extended using Copper T1 Extenders.  This continues to be the standard solution when the demark or smartjack is not located near the T1 equipment.   But sometimes fiber already exists between sites.  Sometimes fiber is preferred in areas subject to frequent electrical storms.

Single T1 Extender

With the Data Connect Fiber-T you can extend a single T1 up to 2KM across multimode fiber with these simple devices   Now you can extend a demark, or smart-jack to your T1 equipment over simple multimode fiber.  Simply set up one DCE Fiber T1 Extender at each end of your fiber run, and you are set to go.
